Guests may cancel for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. Because the treehouse has limited availability and each reservation is held exclusively for your stay, we encourage guests to confirm their travel plans before booking.
