What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3 PM, giving us time to thoughtfully prepare the treehouse for your stay. Check-out is by 10 AM so you can enjoy a slow morning before heading home.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Guests may cancel for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. Because the treehouse has limited availability and each reservation is held exclusively for your stay, we encourage guests to confirm their travel plans before booking.

Is the treehouse open year around?

Yes, and honestly, every season has its own kind of magic here. Cozy up by the fire in winter, watch the trees come alive in spring, soak in the hot tub on summer evenings, or take in the colorful fall views.

With heat, A/C, a private bathroom, hot tub, and fire pit, the treehouse is thoughtfully designed for comfort year-round, with plenty of nearby seasonal activities to explore whenever you visit.​

Is firewood available?

Yes, firewood is available for purchase at $6 per bundle. We also offer Fireside Moments Package for $25, which includes fire pit setup and a s’mores kit for an extra memorable evening.

You’ll also find a propane fire pit on the treehouse deck, perfect to enjoy before or after soaking in the hot tub.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is not allowed inside the treehouse or on the exterior deck or walkway. For everyone’s safety, candles and other flame-lit items are also prohibited. Thank you for helping us keep the space peaceful, clean, and safe.

Are pets allowed?

we do not allow guest pets. However, there are a few friendly pups on the property who love a good cuddle or hello if you're a dog lover. Prefer your quiet time without canine company? No worries at all — we’re happy to make sure they keep their distance during your stay.
